About the job
We’re looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile Software-as-a-Service SaaS products.
This position will initially serve as the primary QA Engineer supporting a project team, with future opportunities to grow into a QA Lead or Manager role based on business needs and performance.

What you’ll do:
Define and execute risk-based testing strategies for software projects.
Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
Validate complex web-based, mobile, and multi-tiered applications.
Track, document, and report defects, risks, and testing metrics.
Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Support testing activities across multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
Partner with Automation Engineers to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Contribute to QA process improvements, testing infrastructure enhancements, and best practices.
Mentor junior QA Engineers and support their technical development.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or Software Development.
Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle SDLC.
Strong experience testing web-based, mobile, and multi-tier applications.
Advanced test planning and test strategy development skills.
Experience with functional testing and/or performance/load testing tools.
Experience testing database-driven applications and writing SQL queries.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Nice to have:
Experience with Selenium and test automation frameworks.
Experience contributing to automation initiatives.
Experience mentoring junior QA Engineers.
Experience leading QA process improvement initiatives.
Leadership potential with interest in future Lead or Manager opportunities.
