Job Description
Position Summary
Lead market research, demand forecasting, competitor analysis, and hospitality assessments to determine market opportunities and commercial viability.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and demand assessments.
Undertake competitor benchmarking and customer segmentation.
Analyze pricing, occupancy, and market trends.
Prepare demand forecasts and market positioning strategies.
Contribute to the overall feasibility study.
Minimum Academic Qualification
PhD in Real Estate and Property Management, Economics, Hospitality Management, Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Qualifications
CMRA, CFSP, MRS Membership or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate and hospitality market research, demand forecasting, and feasibility studies.
