The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Semi-Senior to join our growing Transaction Advisory team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions support, and corporate restructuring assignments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries while contributing to strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
Participate in and execute transaction advisory engagements, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital-raising transactions
Perform financial due diligence reviews, identifying key risks, opportunities and deal considerations
Conduct business valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies and prepare detailed valuation reports
Support corporate restructuring and financial consulting assignments through financial analysis and strategic recommendations
Develop robust financial models and perform quantitative analysis to support client decision-making
Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations and transaction-related documentation
Assist clients in evaluating investment opportunities, business performance and strategic growth initiatives
Collaborate with senior team members and clients to understand business needs and develop practical solutions
Supervise, coach, and support junior team members throughout project execution
Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements and firm methodologies
Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, market research and client relationship management
Work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to deliver engagements successfully
Qualifications and experience
CIFA, FMVA or equivalent certification is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
CFA qualification or progression towards CFA designation will be an added advantage
At least 3 years of experience in transaction advisory, including: Due diligence, financial modeling and Business valuation, Corporate restructuring, Financial consulting
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. Data analytics expertise will be an added advantage
Strong project management and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience working in a multicultural environment
