Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused and results-oriented Virtual Financial Advisors to join our remote advisory team.Successful candidates will engage clients through digital channels to drive growth of our life and financial protection portfolio while delivering an exceptional virtual customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance and financial advisory products.
Prospect, engage and convert customers through virtual/digital channels calls, video, chat, email.
Build and maintain strong client relationships remotely, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
Provide professional financial and insurance advisory services to clients online.
Ensure compliance with Insurance Regulatory Authority IRA regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM/digital platform and submit timely sales reports.
Participate in virtual sales activations, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Represent Brooks Insurance Agency and Actserv professionally, upholding the Company’s values in all client-facing interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of one 1 year sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets — virtual/remote sales experience an advantage.
Certificate of Proficiency COP/ECOP or other relevant insurance qualifications.
Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority IRA Licence.
Key Competencies
Excellent customer relationship management skills, adapted for remote engagement.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills over digital/virtual channels.
Self-driven with a passion for sales and achieving results while working independently.
Strong digital literacy — comfortable with CRM systems, video conferencing, and digital sales platforms.
High levels of integrity, professionalism and adaptability.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home/remote work setup.
