Job Description
This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in workshop management, fleet maintenance, and leading technical teams in agriculture, manufacturing, construction, mining, or heavy equipment operations.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Automotive Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in workshop, fleet, or maintenance management
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience managing preventive maintenance programmes and workshop operations
Experience with agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, tractors, generators, and heavy equipment is highly desirable
