Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this position, a candidate must have: –
Craft Certificate in General Agriculture
One who is reliable and of high integrity.
Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planting, weeding and harvesting crops.
Feeding, watering and caring for livestock.
Cleaning animal sheds pens and farm environment.
Operating and maintaining basic farm tools and machinery.
Sorting, grading and packing harvested produce.
Repairing and maintaining farm structures.
Monitoring the health of crops and livestock and reporting any issues.
Keeping the farm clean, organized, and safe.
Following farm safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
Assisting with general farm maintenance and other duties as assigned from time to time.

One (1) position is reserved for a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree, while the other is reserved for a candidate with a Diploma Certificate.
