Job Description

Mission
The Transport Assistant/Driver is responsible to load galley equipment onto our trucks and deliver top-notch catering services to a variety of aircraft.

– Operate company vehicles (vans, trucks, high loaders) for the transportation of catering equipment, meals and supplies.
– Ensure timely and safe delivery of items to and from the airport, units, and other designated locations.
– Follow the daily transport schedule and instructions provided by dispatch or supervisor.
– Perform vehicle pre-checks (fuel, oil, lights, brakes, tires, etc…) before each shift.
– Ensure proper loading and securing of goods inside the vehicle.
– Assist in the loading and unloading of catering equipment, meals, and supplies into company vehicles and aircraft loaders.
– Maintain valid driving license and required airport always permits.
– Ensure safe handling of special items such as dry ice, special meals, or fragile equipment.
– Report any accidents, delays, vehicle issues, or route changes immediately to the supervisor.
– Coordinate with flight loaders, transport assistants and operations team during deliveries.
– Accurately complete and submit trip logs, delivery records, and checklists.
– Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
– Comply with all airside and landside driving regulations, including airport safety and security protocols.
– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Profile

– High School Diploma required
– Valid Goods Driver’s License mandatory
– Previous manufacturing experience or airport experience preferred
– Previous experience in customer service strongly preferred
– Must be able to accommodate a flexible/constantly changing schedule
– Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability
– Valid and Updated Certificate of Character

Job Description

Mission

The Flight Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all the food catering items and service is handled professionally, fully, and in a timely manner for all international flights. The individual will fill all the carts with the appropriate food items, assist in loading the carts onto the trucks and planes, and provide exceptional customer service to the flight crew and attendants.

– Responsible for supervising and checking all food production requirements for international flights
– Go on the runway for every flight to meet with cabin crew and review delivered merchandise
– Check aircraft trolleys and meals to ensure all are adhering to Newrest high quality standards
– Inspect, label, close and seal trolleys according to all airport safety requirements.
– Ensure correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed and assigned correctly according to all customer specifications & client instruction booklets
– Coordinate with dispatchers and make last-minute arrangements to solve issues.
– Assist in the assembly line when necessary to help complete flights on time, such as setting up trays, preparing and packaging food, and putting the final touches to required delivery.
– Communicate any malfunction or difficulties to management and other affected teams.
– Complete required security documents and appropriate labels.
– Comply with all safety rules and company standards.
– Wear uniforms, safety shoes, and other appropriate apparel while on duty.
– Regular and timely attendance is expected for the position.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Newrest is looking for Cleaners to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe living environment within the premises by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with Company standards.

Key duties :

– Clean all units.
– Sweep and mop the floors.
– Clean changing room, toilets, showers, and replenish toiletries where required.
– Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of garbage.
– Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to HR Department.
