Job Description
Mission
The Transport Assistant/Driver is responsible to load galley equipment onto our trucks and deliver top-notch catering services to a variety of aircraft.
– Operate company vehicles (vans, trucks, high loaders) for the transportation of catering equipment, meals and supplies.
– Ensure timely and safe delivery of items to and from the airport, units, and other designated locations.
– Follow the daily transport schedule and instructions provided by dispatch or supervisor.
– Perform vehicle pre-checks (fuel, oil, lights, brakes, tires, etc…) before each shift.
– Ensure proper loading and securing of goods inside the vehicle.
– Assist in the loading and unloading of catering equipment, meals, and supplies into company vehicles and aircraft loaders.
– Maintain valid driving license and required airport always permits.
– Ensure safe handling of special items such as dry ice, special meals, or fragile equipment.
– Report any accidents, delays, vehicle issues, or route changes immediately to the supervisor.
– Coordinate with flight loaders, transport assistants and operations team during deliveries.
– Accurately complete and submit trip logs, delivery records, and checklists.
– Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
– Comply with all airside and landside driving regulations, including airport safety and security protocols.
– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements
Profile
– High School Diploma required
– Valid Goods Driver’s License mandatory
– Previous manufacturing experience or airport experience preferred
– Previous experience in customer service strongly preferred
– Must be able to accommodate a flexible/constantly changing schedule
– Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability
– Valid and Updated Certificate of Character
