We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple fast-food outlets within a defined territory. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and consistent brand standards across all locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and support the daily operations of multiple fast-food outlets within the assigned areaDrive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all locationsEnsure consistent implementation of brand standards, food safety, hygiene, and quality controlsLead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve performance targetsMonitor KPIs including sales, labor costs, food costs, customer satisfaction, and complianceConduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviewsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of management staffEnsure excellent customer experience and swift resolution of operational or customer issuesImplement company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvementsRequirementsProven experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar role in the fast-food or QSR sectorStrong operational knowledge of high-volume food service environmentsExcellent leadership, coaching, and people-management skillsSolid understanding of P&L management, KPIs, and cost controlStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel regularly between sitesResults-driven, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
