Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo provide the highest level of quality service to our guests ensuring high levels of comfort and customer expectation met.Provide attention and service to guests as per hotel standardsEnsure health and safety and procedures are respectedRe set up treatment rooms after each guestAttends daily briefing and receives instruction from supervisors and managers covering the daily planning of the Spa that she is assigned to work forReport any maintenance problem in treatments rooms or in public areaImmediately inform superior of any guest complainQualification & ExperienceA minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to work flexible hours Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in both English and French Preference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern RegionCommunication and customer service skills
