Chef de Rang – Restaurant

We are currently recruiting a Chef de Rang to join our professional Food & Beverage Service team
 
What you’ll do:Deliver attentive and personalised service in line with brand standardsGreet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with confidenceMaintain cleanliness and readiness of the service area at all timesProvide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations when neededWork closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operationsSupervise and coordinate activities of waiters in outlets to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests as per StandardsWhat We’re Looking For:Form 5 SC Level / NC 4Previous experience as Chef de RangStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for F&B and customer service excellenceWell-groomed and professional appearanceAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureFluent in English; other languages are a plus
