Assistant Bartender

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Bartender to join our vibrant team. As an Assistant Bartender, you’ll support the bar team in preparing drinks, keeping the bar area clean and organised, and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service every time.
 
What you’ll do:Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beveragesRestock the bar with glassware, garnishes, and ingredientsMaintain cleanliness of the bar area throughout serviceEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulationsLearn the menu and assist with basic drink preparationDeliver friendly and efficient service to all guestsWhat We’re Looking For:HSC or NTC 3A positive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious experience in a bar or hospitality settingA team player who can work under pressureGood communication skills and attention to detailPassion for customer service and hospitalityFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
