The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of compliance processes, in line with regulatory requirements and the operational standards.
Duties and ExperiencesBachelor’s Degree in Banking and FinanceMinimum 5 years in a similar fieldMonitor and interpret construction-related laws and regulations(labor, safety, environment , zoning, licensing).Ensure compliance with local, national and international construction regulations.Maintain required permits, licences and registrations.Liaise with regulatory authorities and inspectors.Ensure company policies align with laws, contracts, and industry standards.Monitor environmental compliance.Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses; ensure corrective actions.Develop and update internal compliance policies and procedures.Stay updated on changes in construction laws and best practices.
