The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions, supporting employees, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
Key Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metricsDevelop dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and performance managementIdentify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR strategies and operationsEnsure company policies and practices comply with local labor laws and employment regulationsStay updated on legislative changes and advise management on necessary adjustmentsSupport audits and investigations related to labor law complianceAdminister disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and legal standardsConduct investigations into employee misconduct and prepare documentationFacilitate grievance resolution processes and mediate conflicts when necessaryDraft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooksMaintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance reportsWork closely with line managers to address employee relations issuesProvide training and guidance on disciplinary procedures and labor law complianceLiaise with legal advisors and regulatory bodies when requiredQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standardsExperience with HR analytics tools and reporting systemsExcellent communication, conflict resolution, and documentation skillsHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
