The role of the job incumbent is to proactively and systematically develop and drive the corporate sales solutions/new development channels within existing and new portfolio of customers.
 
Job Purpose The role of the job incumbent is to proactively and systematically develop and drive the corporate sales solutions/new development channels within existing and new portfolio of customers. The Corporate Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving the growth of the Corporate Division through the identification, evaluation, and promotion of technology-driven solutions. The role combines technical understanding of products and software with strategic business development, ensuring TheBrandHouse offers the most relevant and profitable corporate product portfolio in the Mauritian market. Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify and investigate sales opportunities among existing and potential corporate customers including hospitality, distribution, BPO, health & education sectors among others.Propose new corporate-focused products and software-enabled solutions that align with client needs and profitability objectives.Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to evaluate new technologies and innovations suitable for B2B integration.Provide technical input and solution design for corporate tenders and proposals.Work with the sales team to translate client requirements into tailored product configurations and solution bundles.Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for key corporate clients.Monitor emerging technologies, corporate market trends, and competitor offerings.Identify potential opportunities for diversification into new verticals (e.g., smart office solutions, energy-efficient appliances, connected ecosystems).Recommend strategic adjustments to the corporate product roadmap to maximise revenue and margin potential.Align with the company’s strategies to develop and grow the corporate departmentProfile Passionate and motivated sales professional who can operate independently and as a team memberStrong understanding of technical products and solutions (e.g., IT hardware, software, connected devices, display & audio-visual systems).Excellent analytical and commercial acumen — ability to link technology with business outcomes.Ability to evaluate technical specifications and translate them into client value propositions.Experience in B2B or solution-based selling.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsHolder of a valid driving license BenefitsHealth and Pension schemes24hr Personal Accident CoverStaff Happiness ProgramsCompany DoctorStaff Discount
