RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing timely and professional follow-up to clients and customersHandling and resolving customer complaints and issues on a daily basisMonitoring customer feedback and taking appropriate action where neededReviewing and following up on customer service surveysEnsuring internal quality standards are consistently metFollowing up and processing Medical Assistance documentsPreparing monthly Medical Assistance accountsAssisting with payment follow-ups and related proceduresSupporting the team with any other related duties as requested by ManagementREQUIREMENTS SC/HSC or equivalent qualificationAt least one year of experience in the reservations or tourism fieldFluency in French and English (spoken and written)Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – an advantage)Strong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFlexibility and adaptability, especially when handling last-minute changesWillingness to work on a shift basis, including Saturdays and Public HolidaysAbility to work under pressure, manage stress, and meet deadlinesA good sense of organisation, creativity, and active listening skills
