Job description:
Assist the Purchasing Supervisor with market research, supplier coordination, preparation of comparison tables, documentation related to procurement processes, and preparation of purchase orders (POs).
Assist the Purchasing Supervisor with market research, supplier coordination, preparation of comparison tables, documentation related to procurement processes, and preparation of purchase orders (POs).Handle the dispatch, postage, and collection of letters, documents, and small electronic equipment for repairs to and from various locations.Assist with ad-hoc purchases, ensuring timely collection of goods as required.Maintain an organized record of deliveries, purchases, and dispatches, ensuring proper documentation is completed.Perform any other cognate duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth operation of the purchasing department.Qualifications:School Certificate (SC)Valid driver’s license (Private car/manual transmission)Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
