Financial Planning, Budgeting & AnalysisMonitor expenses and revenues and track marginsPrepare and manage budgets and forecastsAnalyse budget variances and provide detailed explanationsProduce financial projections and trend analysesDevelop and monitor financial KPIs and performance dashboardsIdentify optimization opportunities and support cost control initiativesBilling & Financial OperationsMonitor and validate supplier invoicesManage internal recharging and billing (telecom links, IT costs, etc.)Prepare and track quotations and invoicingMonitor inventories related to IT and telecom recharges across subsidiariesOperational & Process ManagementManage purchase orders (software, hardware, services) and goods receiptsCoordinate with accounting, controlling, and IT teams across entitiesLiaise with external stakeholders (telecom operators, vendors)Propose process and tools improvements (automation, simplification, reporting enhancement)Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree minimum in Finance, Accounting, Management or related fieldMinimum 3 years of proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, billing or similar analytical finance roleExperience in structured, international or multi-entity environments is highly valuedTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel expertise is mandatory (complex formulas, data analysis, modelling, pivot tables)Strong analytical and numerical skills is mandatorySolid understanding of budgeting and financial controlling principlesExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a strong advantageAbility to handle and analyse large data sets with accuracyKnowledge of telecom or infrastructure environments is a plusFamiliarity with CMDB tools is appreciatedLanguagesFluent in English and French (written and spoken)Soft SkillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesAutonomous, proactive and solution-orientedAbility to challenge figures and provide insightsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionallyContinuous improvement mindset and process optimization focus
