We are looking for Customer Service Officers to join our team supporting UK-based payroll clients. The role is based in Mauritius and requires working UK hours. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly and confidently and takes pride in delivering excellent client service
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for UK payroll clients and employeesRespond to queries via email and phone in a professional and timely mannerHandle requests related to payroll, payslips and employee data accuratelyWork closely with the payroll team to ensure all client issues are resolved promptlyMaintain accurate records of communication and follow-up actionsSupport administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation and reportingRequirements:Excellent spoken and written English is essentialStrong communication skills with a professional and polite mannerGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantageHighly organized with strong attention to detailAble to multitask and work efficiently under pressureWilling to work UK hours from MauritiusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and incentives.Full training on UK payroll systems and client processesOpportunities for career development and progressionExposure to UK client operations and standards.
