We are looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Business Central environment, strengthen our infrastructure, and ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.
Job Responsibilities ERP & Business Intelligence SolutionsProvide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user issues and ensuring system stability.Understand, configure, and manage Business Central setups, including system parameters, user permissions, workflows, integrations, and module configurationsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors for upgrades, integrations, automations, and new module implementations.Manage, maintain, and monitor Business Central Windows Servers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.Install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications used across the organization.Support Ecommerce platform integrations with Business Central.Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, troubleshooting, and reporting.Infrastructure & ConnectivityManage and maintain Active Directory, including user account management, security groups, permissions, and policy enforcement.Manage and maintain SD-WAN connectivity, ensuring stable and optimized network performance across all locations.Liaise with service providers for incident resolution, service optimisation, and continuity of IT operations.Configuration, and administration of Office 365 applications and servicesInformation SecurityReview and assess Information Security policies and procedures.Develop and implement strategies to strengthen data security and compliance.Conduct periodic reviews and ensure adherence to Information Security standards and best practices.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with the IT Manager and business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.Communicate effectively with end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across departments.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Experience managing and maintaining Windows Servers, especially for Business Central.Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and ERP integrations.Knowledge of Active Directory and SD-WAN technologies.Understanding of Information Security standards.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.BenefitsMedical & Pension Scheme24hr Personal Accident CoverExclusive Staff DealsFree access to Doctor ServicesMental Wellness Support by a PsychologistFitness and Wellbeing activitiesFellowship moments to connect and celebrate
