We are seeking a technically competent MEP Draughtsman with strong execution-focused skills, including P&ID interpretation and 3D modelling, to support our project and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed MEP shop drawings in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and site conditionsDevelop and interpret P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) drawings for mechanical and plumbing systemsProduce 3D MEP models for coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviewsPrepare coordinated MEP layouts integrating architectural and structural drawingsGenerate accurate as-built drawings from site red-line mark-upsCoordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and MEP teamParticipate in coordination meetings and resolve clashes prior to installationUpdate drawings based on site instructions, RFIs, and consultant commentsMaintain drawing registers, revisions, and document controlRequirementsDiploma or certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical disciplineMinimum 3–5 years’ experience as an MEP Draughtsman on the contractor sideStrong proficiency in AutoCADWorking knowledge of P&ID diagramsPractical understanding of MEP installations and sequencing on construction sitesAbility to interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site constraintsGood coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
