Job Summary:
Oceans Creek Hotel is looking for a courteous, reliable, and professional Porter to provide exceptional guest service and support hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.Assist guests with luggage handling to and from rooms, vehicles, or storage areas.Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features if required.Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.Assist with guest transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttle service, or parking directions.Support concierge and front desk teams with guest requests and deliveries.Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or refer them to the appropriate staff.Report lost and found items following hotel procedures.Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude.Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.Good knowledge of hotel layout and local attractions.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.Team player with a helpful, proactive approach.Work Environment:Lobby, guest rooms, and hotel entrance areas.Frequent standing, walking, and lifting.Interaction with guests from diverse backgrounds.Why Work at Oceans Creek Hotel?At Oceans Creek Hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences with warm hospitality and attention to detail.
