Production Planner – Industrial Operations
Plans and coordinates production activities, manages capacity, materials, and inventory, and works closely with sales and operations teams to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, update, and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term production plansCoordinate production schedules in line with capacity, materials, and customer demandTrack raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure production continuitySupport the sales team in planning and prioritizing customer ordersEnsure production plans meet technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlinesAnticipate equipment, manpower, and capacity needs to avoid production constraintsContribute to continuous improvement of production planning and operational processesProfile RequiredEducation & ExperienceDegree in Production engineering , or a related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentGood communication skills in English and FrenchSkills & AttributesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detailLogical and structured problem-solving approachTeam-oriented, with the ability to work independently when requiredReliable, professional, and results-focused
