Mathieu Opticien is looking for someone who will provide a global service including customer reception, advice, orders, follow-up of orders with the workshop, as well as order delivery and after-sales service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for opening the outletCoordinate appointments and manage the Optometrist’s agendaHandle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to sale functions.Welcome, advise, guide the customer as best as possible according to their needs and prescriptionsMaster the IT system (patient, client order, daily accommodation, etc.)Manage the order processProvide after-sales serviceAny other task at the discretion of Management.PROFILE OF CANDIDATE:At least one year of experience in a profession in direct contact with customersClean certificate of characterGood communication in English and FrenchGood Team spiritSeriousness and Punctuality at workCandidates available immediately will be an advantage. Candidates should be able to work on shift systems and odd hours.
