The Role
We’re looking for a Spare Parts Manager to take ownership of our spare parts operations, ensuring smooth product repairs. You’ll be the go-to expert for all brands and product categories, driving efficiency, supplier partnerships, and profitability.
What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end spare parts process: procurement, inventory, forecasting, and reverse logistics.Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring SLAs, delivery timelines, and cost efficiencies.Keep our parts flowing: track ETAs, manage orders, and maintain accurate data across systems.Optimize stock levels to balance availability and cost while maximizing brand profitability.Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth operations and rapid customer support.Analyze data, report insights, and recommend improvements to drive performance.
