As a Storekeeper you will be responsible for the overall management of the site store which includes receiving materials, maintaining inventory records, ensuring the security of tools and equipment, and coordination issues of items on site .
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up to date records of all stock.Receiving adn Inspection: Verify incoming materials against Po and DNIssuance of Materials: Release materials and tools to authorized site staffs.Stock Security: Maintain Safety and security of the store.Organisation and Housekeeping: Ensure materails are stored in a safe, orderly manner and maintain a clean warehouse environment.Reporting: Prepare regular reports including material transfer, consumption and re-order level alerts to prevent shortages.Tool Maintenance: Track the movement of power tools and equipment. Ensure tools are returned in good condition and report any malfunctions.
