Role PurposeTo support the Supply Chain Coordinator/Manager in ensuring the smooth flow of information across the supply chain by managing data, assisting in planning activities, and coordinating administrative follow-up. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely reporting to enable informed decision-making.Main duties and responsibilitiesData Collection & ReportingCollect and interpret data from systems ( D365, B2Wise, Amino and BI ) and report to management on a daily basisMaintain and update dashboards and trackers for production, inventory, sales and planningAssist in preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management reviewsPlanning Support Monitor stock levels and align supply with demandTrack and maintain cycling schedules on systemSupport planning activities across farming and processing operationsAdministrative Follow-UpMaintain organized records of planning files, reports, and communicationProfileEducational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, or a related field.Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.Promoter for animal welfareRequired Skills & AttributesProficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsHumble, reliable, and collaborative team playerEffective communicator with a proactive and hands-on approachAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
