Job Description
Responsible for managing the food service department, including staff, stock, product quality, pricing and daily operations. Ensure good customer service, proper product display and smooth department operations
– Manage the daily operations of the Food service department – Supervise and coordinate food service staff – Ensure quality, freshness, and proper presentation of food products – Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control. – Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and health standards. – Control wastage and maintain cost efficiency – Manage food preparation, displays, pricing and customer service standards – Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the department
