Job Description
Spinner in the factory
Operate spinning machines to convert fibers (cotton, wool, synthetic, etc.) into yarn Prepare raw fibers by cleaning, blending, and aligning them before spinning Monitor spinning machines to ensure smooth operation and correct tension Adjust machine settings (speed, twist, thickness) to meet yarn specifications Inspect yarn regularly for defects such as uneven thickness or breakage Repair minor machine faults and report major issues to maintenance staff Replace bobbins, spools, or packages as required Maintain cleanliness and safety around spinning machines Record production data and report output or quality issues Follow workplace safety rules and quality standards
