Job Description

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient in live chat tools, CRM platforms • Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle high volumes of requests, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. • Solid understanding of logistics or delivery agent workflows is a strong advantage. • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus . Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Handle inbound calls from customers and partners promptly and professionally serving as first point contact for the company. • Troubleshoot issues related to account management, order discrepancies, product information, price and other keys factors on website. • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution • Update customer records in the system and ensure accurate tracking of all interactions. • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and logistics to resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions • Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers • Contribute to team goals by meeting individual and department service targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
