Job Description
The Helper provides general assistance to skilled tradespeople, technicians, or production staff by supporting daily operations, preparing materials, maintaining work areas, and performing basic manual tasks. The role helps ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Assist skilled workers with daily tasks and project activities. Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare work areas before tasks begin and clean up after work is completed. Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision. Support installation, maintenance, repair, or construction activities as assigned. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders. Observe and comply with workplace health and safety procedures. Report damaged equipment, hazards, or supply shortages. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other general labor and support duties as required.
