    Job Description

    Au sein du service marketing de CELESTE, l’expert parcours digital clients est chargé de concevoir, analyser et optimiser les parcours digitaux en tenant compte de l’utilisateur final, de ses besoins et de ses attentes. Il/elle contribue à améliorer l’expérience utilisateur, la satisfaction client et la performance des dispositifs numériques de l’entreprise. Il/elle intervient sur l’ensemble des points de contact digitaux : site web, espace client, campagnes digitales, formulaires, CRM, automatisation marketing et parcours omnicanaux. Les enjeux sont les suivants : Veiller à la cohérence et à la fluidité des interfaces digitales ; Améliorer l’expérience utilisateur et la satisfaction client ; Augmenter les conversions digitales ; Piloter des projets digitaux ; Marketing digital et automatisation ; Définir les principaux enjeux des interfaces web ; Assurer une veille et favoriser l’innovation ; Concevoir des interfaces modernes, intuitives et cohérentes avec la charte graphique.

    Cartographier l’ensemble des interactions clients (comportements, parcours de conversion et d’acquisition…) Améliorer l’ergonomie et la fluidité des parcours Simplifier les interactions utilisateurs Proposer des évolutions UX/UI adaptées aux usages Participer aux projets de transformation digitale Rédiger les besoins fonctionnels et recommandations Suivre les déploiements et les phases de recette Contribuer à l’optimisation des tunnels de conversion Participer aux scénarios de marketing automation Optimiser les formulaires, landing pages et espaces clients Améliorer les parcours de génération de leads Identifier de nouveaux leviers d’optimisation des parcours Participer à l’évolution des outils et plateformes digitales Assurer la cohérence graphique et visuelle sur tous les supports digitaux Collaborer avec les équipes lors du développement des interfaces utilisateurs (UI) Mettre en œuvre un processus d’amélioration continue Maintenance des sites (mises à jour, sauvegarde…)
