    Responsibilities

    Conduct audience research and monitor trends to create engaging and relevant content.
    Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with clear CTAs and a strong conversion focus.
    Optimizing a website and content for SEO and user experience UI/UX is an added advantage.
    Monitor and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid ad campaigns for ROI and lead generation.
    Track and analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
    Collaborate with internal teams product, sales, customer support to ensure message consistency.
    Manage landing pages, pop-ups, and lead capture tools to drive user engagement.
    Requirements
    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
    1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
    Strong portfolio of video editing, content creation, and graphic design work.
    Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
    Proven ability to manage social media pages with measurable results.
    Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
    Experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign budgeting.
    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    Experience in the tech, travel, or ed-tech sectors is a strong plus.

    Job Objective
    Install, commission, and maintain all active equipment including but not limited to access and core fiber routes for self-build and leased fiber. To be acknowledged as 3rd level technical competence relating to network fiber planning.
    Key Duties & Responsibilities
    Grow subscriber activation base within estates/businesses in Lagos or any other location as may be assigned
    Install, configure and commission all head ends.
    Install fibre cables on access and core routes according to best practices and standards
    Commission fibre spans and end to end fibre circuits through use of OTDR and OLTS in BluNet acquired estates and/or 3rd party estates.
    Verify and capture as built documentation.
    Attend to fibre breakdown troubleshooting & corrective and preventative maintenance.
    Liaise with internal Operations, Enterprise account managers, Project Managers and 3rd party suppliers for the execution/deployment of designed plans.
    Assist with management & planning of overall fibre network, including auditing and record management.
    Assist other departments and lead and report on projects as requested by the Program Manager.
    Ensuring network design aligns with NetSuite or applicable software as appropriate.
    Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.
    Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills
    Diploma or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
    Requires minimum of 3 years technical experience in telecom industry with at least 2 years in fibre installation and maintenance role.
    Knowledge of ducts, fibre, build methodologies, splice enclosures, patch panels, OSP and ISP.
    Quality assurance auditing & testing, manage and mitigate network risk register.
    Optical networking experience including OTDR, OLTS, fibre types, testing, splicing and installation
    Experience in Google Earth, QGIS and OSS systems
    Effective written and verbal communications skills evidenced by work history and accomplishments
    Excellent communications and soft skills, including ability to listen to and summarize and concisely share key information with clients
    Must use B/OSS tools effectively to record information accurately and concisely in a timely manner
    Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
