Job Description
Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will support the Finance team in preparing financial models, analysing business performance, conducting market research, and assisting with investment and funding projects.
This internship is designed for graduates who want to build a career in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or private equity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and updating financial models and forecasts.
Analyse financial statements and identify key trends and business insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
Assist with business valuations and feasibility studies.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
Support investment analysis and funding documentation.
Organise financial data and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with senior analysts on client and internal projects.
Carry out other finance-related duties assigned by the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship, coursework, or personal projects in finance are an advantage but not required.
