    Collate Supply Base fuel related services costs per request/activity to ensure costs visibility and appropriate chargebacks for routine and other activities.
    Carry out monthly reconciliations and advice user teams on accruals.
    Participate in the ILS meeting to review and pick up actions for the fuels team
    Continuously identify opportunities to reduce HSSE risk exposure and continuous improvements in
    AGO/PMS movement through optimization and integration
    Carry out HSE capability assessments for AGO vendors
    Carry out Government Intermediary memo reviews for AGO vendors
    Qualifications:

    Provide good safety leadership and sustain awareness for effective frontline work execution at the supply base/jetty.
    Sustain barrier strengthening and effective management of transport risks as the Site

    Actively drive Line of Defence 1 LOD1 audit/hazard hunt of the supply base & port facilities in line with company standards and safety culture. Support close out of actions from LOD 1-3 audits and Gemba walks.
    Facilitate the management of accommodation and feeding of company personnel at work within the applicable Supply Base.
    Ensure all NPA pilotage and material handling bills are properly reconciled and accurate before service entry issuance/ processing.

    Synergize with the land transport logistics team for seamless trucking of materials to and from the base.
    Set, review, and monitor effective space utilization regime of the stacking area of the supply base.
    Supervise warehouse operations, stock/non-stock inventory management and reconciliation.
    Actively support Management Facility Engagements at the Supply Base and promote worker welfare and safety at the workplace/base facility.
    Key interfaces include Community Relations, Marine Logistics, Production, Wells Ops,
    Pipeline, Warehouse, Fuel, Audit/Assurance team. External interfaces include but not limited to
    MARPOL, OGFZA, NPA etc.

    Qualifications/Experience:
    BSc/BEng/BTech in Social Science, Science, Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Base Management or HND with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Base Management
    A PGD in Logistics & Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.

    Maintain effective oversight over the cargo carrying units request and supply to prevent value erosion in the supply chain. Maintain records of all cargo carry units and ensure they are certified and in compliance with recommended current lifting colour code and other relevant QA/QC activities.
    Support cargo carrying unit contract management by ensuring optimal utilization and quick turnaround.
    Actively drive Layer of Defense 1 audit/hazard hunt of the supply base & port facilities in line with company standards and safety culture.
    Coordinate the management of accommodation and feeding of company personnel at work within the Onne Free Zone Base.
    Ensure all NPA pilotage and material handling bills are properly reconciled and accurate before service entry issuance/ processing.
    Ensure all contractor bills are properly reconciled and accurate before service entry issuance/ processing.
    Synergize with the land transport logistics team for seamless trucking of materials to and from the base.
    Deliver a coordinated demand scheduling for Supply Base activities across the Supply Bases.
    Coordination of team effort and meetings weekly.
    Set, review, and monitor effective space utilization regime of the stacking area of the supply base.
    Responsible for warehouse management, stock/non-stock inventory management and reconciliation through the warehouses and onboarding new personnel.
    Actively support Management Facility Engagements at the Onne/PH Supply Base.
    Ensure that all equipment and vehicles at the base are regularly inspected, maintained, and ready for use.
    Participate in and enforce emergency response protocols, drills, and base readiness.
    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance base efficiency, safety, and costeffectiveness.
    Promote worker welfare and safety at the workplace/base facility.
    Key interfaces include Community Relations, Marine Logistics, Production, Wells Ops, Pipeline,
    Warehouse, Fuel, Audit/Assurance team. External interfaces include MARPOL, NUPRC, OGFZA, NPA etc.
    Any other role assigned by the Supply Base Lead.
    Qualifications/Experience:
    BSc/BEng in Social Science, Science, Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Supply Base Management and warehouse operations including 5 years in a supervisory role
    Customer Relationship, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management
    Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
    Stakeholder and Interface Management
    HSSE Awareness, PTW course, MOC Awareness, First Line Spill Awareness CILT training/certification or any relevant certification is an added advantage.
