Job Description
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
To provide analytical, planning, reporting, and administrative support for fuel operations by managing fuel
consumption data, budgeting, reporting, SAP planning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collate endurance data from all Renaissance locations daily
Publish daily fuel corporate report for management information for all Renaissance locations.
Prepare monthly stock report for all receipt, issues for management information.
Prepare weekly fuel Business continuity plan presentation for Renaissance LT meeting
Analyse fuel budget and spend using the monthly transaction listing download
Facilitate bi-weekly cadence meetings for supply base manager
Analyse monthly fuel budget performance using data from the planning team
Perform planner role for fuels team and supply base – scheduled maintenance activities roll out on SAP
Perform document controller activities and act as focal point for all MFE/ERP/GEMBA actions driving to closure.
Prepare monthly charge back to customers account for all issued within the month.
Support the implementation of fuel Improvement Initiatives
Carry out HSE capability assessments for AGO vendors
Carry out Government Intermediary memo reviews for AGO vendors
Qualifications:
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis or planning
