Job Description
Qualifications
ND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
Minimum of 1–3 years experience in fleet management, equipment maintenance, logistics operations, or industrial/manufacturing environments.
Practical experience with forklifts, payloaders, trucks, generators, compressors, and industrial production equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to coordinate drivers, technicians, vendors, and service providers.
Required Competencies
Fleet and transport management.
Preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
Fuel consumption monitoring and control.
Delivery scheduling and dispatch coordination.
Spare parts planning and inventory control.
Downtime tracking and analysis.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
