Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing real estate team in Abuja.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, closing sales, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Market and sell residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate property deals and close transactions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties.
Provide excellent after-sales support to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or FMCG.
Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Presentable with a professional appearance.
Good knowledge of Abuja and its real estate market is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
What We Offer
Entry Salary: N100,000 per month.
3% commission on sales
N350,000 – Target bonus
