Qualifications
Applicants must possess, at minimum, a First Degree BA, B.Sc, or HND in the specific subject area for which they are applying.
An education qualification B.Ed or PGDE and a higher degree Master’s or PhD will be considered a significant advantage.
Applicants must have obtained a First Class or, at minimum, a Second Class Upper division in their degree examinations.
Relevant teaching experience is an advantage; however, first-time applicants are also welcome to apply.
Applicants must possess and demonstrate exceptional teaching ability, consistent with best practice and sound educational character.
Candidates who were previously interviewed but not appointed need not repeat the process; they may simply resubmit their application, indicating that they have already been screened or interviewed.
The search committee will determine the appropriate course of action based on qualification, eligibility, and vacancy availability.

Further details will be communicated to shortlisted candidates. Successful candidates will be recommended to the Diocesan Education Commission (DEC) for a final interview. Candidates who scale through the DEC interview will receive an offer, subject to available vacancies and strictly within their subject area of study. Acceptance and ratification of the provisional offer will follow. An orientation programme will be organised for all confirmed appointees.
