Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a strategic and creative Communication Specialist to drive our corporate communications, public relations, branding, content development, and social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication and PR strategies.
Manage media relations, press releases, and reputation management.
Lead social media content and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create compelling content, including articles, newsletters, success stories, website content, and thought leadership pieces.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Support communication for events, partnerships, and institutional initiatives.
Track communication performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
4 – 7 years of experience in Communications, PR, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
Strong writing, storytelling, media relations, and social media management skills.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and Microsoft Office.
Experience in higher education or professional services is an added advantage.
