Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Executive to support sales operations and drive business growth within the food distribution sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience in the Marine, Frozen Fish, Seafood, FMCG, or Food Distribution industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage and maintain relationships with wholesale customers and distributors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
Track collections and support credit control activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a related role.
Experience in the Marine, Frozen Fish, Seafood, FMCG, or Food Distribution industry.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is mandatory.
Experience with ERP or sales management software is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Ability to
work
independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
