Job Description
Job Summary
As the Business Management & PMO Manager, you will lead the Group Project Management Office PMO, drive strategic execution across business units, coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives, monitor business performance, and ensure the timely delivery of key projects through effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in strategy execution, PMO, management consulting, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline Master’s degree is an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Proven experience leading enterprise projects and coordinating cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent analytical and executive reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to drive execution across multiple business units.
Experience leveraging AI productivity tools to enhance reporting and business performance is an added advantage.
