Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities of the company.
Ensure efficient management of production, logistics, inventory, and operational processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain high standards of biosecurity, quality control, and operational safety.
Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
Support management in achieving organizational goals and business growth.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition Or any related discipline.
Minimum of 6 years relevant working experiencein the agro-allied industry.
Must possess good knowledge of agro-allied operations and management.
Candidate must be technically and administratively sound.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations effectively.
