Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring client work is properly planned, resourced, coordinated, quality-checked, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day delivery operations and oversee client projects from briefing to completion.
Assign ownership for projects and deliverables and monitor deadlines and dependencies.
Manage team workload, capacity, and resource allocation.
Run weekly planning and operational check-in meetings.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, growth, and external partners.
Establish quality checkpoints and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
Identify recurring quality and delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide day-to-day operational direction and support team performance.
Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and SOPs.
Introduce tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Provide regular operational reports to the CEO and promptly escalate significant risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
4–6 years’ relevant experience in operations, agency/project delivery, client services, or a similar environment.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Professional qualification/certification in project or operations management is an advantage.
Strong leadership, project management, organization, communication, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and process-improvement mindset.
