Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Officer is responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately while ensuring timely delivery and excellent order management.
This role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and Packing Orders: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure they are ready for dispatch.
Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and track shipment status.
Order Management: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and manage returns and exchanges.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and coordinate replenishment activities.
Communication: Liaisewith suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum of OND qualification.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or retail stock handling.
