Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural project delivery, technical coordination, and construction supervision.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience managing projects from design development through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Convert concept designs into detailed technical drawings and coordinate project documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
Manage contractors, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
Chair site meetings and prepare project reports.
Prepare as-built drawings and snag lists.
Lead project teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.
Requirements
Registered with NIA and ARCON.
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
6–10 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in architectural project leadership and delivery.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical detailing.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and proficiency in AutoCAD.
