Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years experience working in a travel agency. 3 – 5 years experience working in a travel agency.
Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations & travel operations.
Excellent customer service experience.
Computer literate email, MS Office, booking systems.
Digital marketing experience social media, WhatsApp marketing.
Leadership and team management skills.
