Job Description
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing sales orders, generating invoices, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Receive and attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Maintain customer records and transaction documentation.
Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules.
Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
Prepare daily sales and invoicing reports.
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications.
Assist with sales administration activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, invoicing, or sales administration.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ERP or accounting software will be an advantage.
