    Provide business, financial, and IT support to supply base operations.

    Provide the monthly accrual for Supply Base services rendered to various assets/stakeholders.
    Maintains accurate tracker of all the service entries created in supply base East.
    Manage Pilotage statutory payment to the appointed vendors in supply base for Renaissance.
    Prepares and maintain SharePoint repositories of vendor invoices, billings and supporting documentation and provide end-to-end payment management and reconciliations.
    Support users in IDT Network Management and availability.
    Develop and be responsible for accurate IDT asset register in the logistics field base.
    Carryout troubleshooting, diagnostics and maintenance of end user IT hardware Desktop and
    Laptop computers at Renaissance owned Supply Base Kidney Island. Deliver customer service, client-oriented experience and have oversight of company-owned IDT resources.
    Manage data and voice availability as well as IDT hardware infrastructure e.g. routers and switches.
    Daily monitoring/pinging of IDT infrastructure including routers and switches at Supply Base – Kidney Island.
    Coach end users on IDT best practices and provision of technical support.
    Responsible for voice and Data services at Kidney Island KI Supply Base.
    Develop and track the Supply Base East Spend/Burn Rate and share monthly report.
    Coordinate the management of accommodation and feeding of company personnel at work within the Onne Free Zone Base.
    Process all NPA pilotage and material handling bills ensuring proper reconciliation and accuracy before service entry issuance/ processing.
    Ensure all contractor bills are properly reconciled by Company Site Reps CSRs and accurate before service entry issuance/ processing. Litmus tests the assumptions.
    Coordination of Supply Base East financial performance meeting and providing support for
    True-Ups and financial audit/reconciliation.
    Promote worker welfare and safety at the workplace/base facility.
    Key interfaces include Finance, Marine Logistics, Production, Wells Ops, Pipeline, Warehouse,
    Fuel, Audit/Assurance team. External interfaces include NIUMS, NUPRC, OGFZA, NPA etc.
    Qualifications/Experience:
    BSc/BEng in Social Science, Science, Management or Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business supporting role to Supply Base Management and warehouse operations.
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IDT/Telecoms service delivery and business support
    Customer Relationship, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management
    Analytical, Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook as well as SAP/SEPRA.
    Stakeholder and Interface Management
    CILT training/certification or any relevant certification is an added advantage

    Qualifications/Experience:
    Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience in the Oil and gas sector.
    Good knowledge of material management end-end processes. Good knowledge of variety of materials including mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical materials used in the integrated Oil and Gas sector.
    The contractor staff should also have experience in the following areas, materials QA/QC, development and management of materials management processes and ability to plan for events i.e. turnaround, preservation, material storage, inventory and warehouse management optimization.
    Ability to interpret Key Performance Indicators to monitor performance,
    Identify & execute continuous improvement initiatives, coaching teams/individuals and developingskills of others, identifying, and sharing best practice throughout Renaissance operations.
    Experience in using SAP-MM to manage materials, plans and resources.
    Working skills in computer applications such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, along with strong analytical skills.
    Understanding of Renaissance HSSE Framework.

    Working knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, technical drawings, and engineering standards.

    Manage offshore warehouse and material logistics operations ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient supply chain support.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
    Ensure accurate inventory tracking and control using our ERP system SAP.
    Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to avoid shortages or overstocking.
    Coordinate logistics for offshore deliveries and shipments, often involving helicopters or supply vessels.
    Compile and maintain manual or SAP records of material inventory status or locations of materials.
    Work Regularly with the Procurement team i.e. Buyers, Inventory analyst and Expediters to maintain accurate inventory level i.e. min/max and reorder level.
    Monitor Regularly and review slow moving stock and call for end users review to validate.
    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of material received and carry out GR goods receipt to prevent stock in transit.
    Ensure Direct Charge materials are received and dispatched to the end-users and ensure proper documentation.
    Check SAP daily to print out all request and hand over to Warehouse Assistant to pick.
    Ensure GI goods issue is done for reservations that have been confirmed by Warehouse Assistant.
    Ensure Warehouse Assistant follows through on entering reservations on manual register and making sure Picklist and delivery notes are sign-off.
    Ensure Basic Preservation is executed for maintenance spares by Warehouse Assistant and confirm.
    Request for Specialized Preservation of materials when necessary.
    Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of materials in line with safety and operational standards.
    Receive incoming materials and verify against delivery documentation.
    Inspect materials for damage, conformity, and compliance with specifications.
    Issue materials to maintenance and operations teams based on approved requests.
    Maintain traceability of all issued and returned items.
    Liaise with onshore logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate timely delivery and backload of materials.
    Prepare manifests and documentation for materials transfer via supply vessels or helicopters.
    Track and report on material movements between offshore and onshore locations.
    Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, offshore safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Maintain up-to-date documentation including stock registers, delivery notes, inspection reports, and disposal records.
    Ensure that records of goods received, goods issued, and shipment records are updated in SAPMM on time.
    Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and complete records.
    Maintain Log of Non-conforming material incorrect material, incorrect quantities, incomplete documentation/ certificates, damaged material or failed inspection to track aging, resolution/ decision and action taken.
    Follow-up and work with appropriate buyer and/or technical authority on resolution/decision on non-conforming material to avoid material remaining blocked in the quarantine staging area.
    Ensure that the Shelf-life of items in stocks are marked with applicable expiry date and the system record updated with manufacturer batch and shelf-life information.
    Maintain record of items in “dangerous goods” category and ensure that the information on the bill of lading UN number, label corresponds with the data in the Safety Data Sheet SDS.
    Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
    Prepare reports for management on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational issues.
    Extract, analyse and validate weekly and monthly KPI reports from SAP and calculate against SLA.
    Ensure monthly Supply Base and Preservation report is sent.
    Generate download of Warehouse stock from SAP and ensure Warehouse assistant carry out internal stock audit.
    Ensure all differences generated during internal and external audits are reconciled.
    Identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and inventory accuracy.
    Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and coordination meetings.
    Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and HSE teams to ensure seamless material support.
    Supervise Material Handlers and ensure alignment with operational standards.
    Lead and manage warehouse personnel, including training new staff on safety and operational procedures.
    Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing for continuous operations.
    Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback or corrective actions.
    Ensure materials are handled safely by Warehouse Assistant through adequate supervision.

    Ensure reconciliation of differences during annual stock audit. Assign bin location to materials that do not have bin location and hand over to Supervisor to input in SAP. Remove written-off materials from shelf and relocate them to non-stock location or for disposal.
    Safety Compliance: Adhere to HSE guidelines when handling materials to prevent accidents and damage. Attend monthly HSE meetings in the Asset.
    Collaboration: Work closely with Warehouse Controller/Supervisor and other teams to ensure smooth material movement.
    Material Management: Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO for efficient material management.
    Tag materials whose shelf life is yet to expire or has expired.
    Qualifications & Experience:

    Qualifications/Experience:

    Certifications in asset management or supply chain e.g., CSCP, CPIM are advantageous.
    5–7 years in asset management, supply chain, or financial analysis roles.
    Experience with ERP systems and asset tracking tools.
    Required Skills:
    Strong ability to assess asset value and recovery potential.
    Understanding of depreciation, asset valuation, and cost recovery.
    Proficiency in systems like SAP.
    Skilled in Excel and data analysis tools.
    Ability to negotiate with vendors and present findings to stakeholders.
    Accurate documentation and compliance with audit standards.
    Capable of managing multiple recovery projects simultaneously.
