    Job Description

    Job Summary
    The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the daily movement of laundry items between customers, collection points, and processing facilities.
    The role ensures timely pickups and deliveries, efficient route planning, effective fleet utilization, and excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.
    Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules to ensure timely service.
    Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
    Monitor vehicle utilization, driver performance, and adherence to schedules.
    Track laundry orders throughout the collection, processing, and delivery cycle.
    Liaise with operations, customer service, and production teams to resolve delivery or logistics issues.
    Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, collections, and inventory movements.
    Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and logistics expenses.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and transportation regulations.
    Prepare daily and monthly logistics performance reports and recommend process improvements.
    Qualifications & Experience
    Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    3 – 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination, preferably in a service or FMCG environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking systems.
    Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
    Ability to  work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    Benefits
    Salary: N300,000 monthly.

    Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
    Demonstrated ability to  work independently and drive learning initiatives with minimal supervision.
